Attorney Nathan J. Stallings was born and raised in beautiful Christiansburg, Virginia. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University, in Radford, Virginia in 2002. Following graduation, Mr. Stallings continued on to attend the Appalachian School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2006, and fell in love with Western North Carolina.
Stallings started his legal career in 2007 working as an Assistant District Attorney, or ADA, for the State of North Carolina in District 29B, which consists of Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania counties. As a Prosecutor, Mr. Stallings handled misdemeanor cases and DWIs. He was later promoted to Superior Court Prosecutor, where he prosecuted felony jury trials.
In 2013, Nathan J. Stallings was admitted into the United States District Court system for the Western District of North Carolina. Admittance into this system permits Mr. Stallings to practice law in Federal Court.
After 6 years in the Prosecutors office, Mr. Stallings decided to change direction and entered into private practice. As a result, in August 2018, Nathan Stallings founded and established Stallings Law, PLLC.
